We loved Lil’ Ponderosa! Our dogs had a place to run in the hayfield. The house had everything we could need and was very clean upon check-in. The grounds were actually prettier than the pictures! Everything was as advertised or better. Brandi responded quickly and left clear instructions for everything included. Close to UT and not much traffic! 10/10!

This was a great cabin in secluded location, but still is only 15 minutes to Knoxville. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a great family weekend. The cabin had private secure access. My family is already asking to come back to this cabin. Brandi and Kevin, were also very clear with all their communications.

Our stay was amazing. The property was peaceful, beautiful and very relaxing. You would never know you were as close to the city as you are. The property we stayed in was by far one of the best Airbnb’s we stayed at. It was super clean and if we needed or forgot something the house had it. Our hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to Knoxville.

My family of 6 was in town for my son’s wedding. This cabin was a literal DREAM! Spotless in every sense of the word and we loved the little touches like farm fresh eggs left for us, coffee, creamer, water, etc. beds were super comfy! The vibe in general was just wonderful and Brandi while she was traveling was amazing when I let her know we discovered a small bathroom sink leak she replied and sent someone right away. One member of our party misplaced a piece of jewelry and I messaged her….and the housekeeper found it and they got it to us right away post checkout. Cannot recommend enough!!

Beautiful! Had a great time. Great communication with Brandi. Cabin decorated so perfect. loved the laminated directions by everything. the little cozy touches like travelor diary, coffee bar, eggs, etc. were so great.

This is our third year staying in Little Joe at Ponderosa. Everything is always perfect. And there is always something new. The chicken coop on wheels is really well thought out, and the chickens are beautiful. And the eggs - delicious!

Great trip! Hated to leave. Kids loved it. Hosts knock it out of the park with their place. It was small things and the friendliness of hosts that completely made this. They have this down to a science. The property was wonderful and the cabin felt like home. This was one of the best stays that we have had. Looking forward for another family vacation here. Again, the little things in the cabin just makes it feel like home. We took an extra day just to hang out, relax, and walk the property.

Had a family gathering for an early holiday in December. The cabin Big Hoss was spotless, the hosts more than accommodating, and the grounds great for adult walks as well as toddler exploration. It felt as if we were in the Smokys , not 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville. The kitchen equipment, utensils, and pots/pans were complete and appliances worked great, including the electric fireplace in the den and the washer/dryer on the lower level. We took advantage of the outdoor fire pit several times. It was too cold ( or we were too chicken) for the hot tub, but we took a look and it was sparkling clean. Brandi had decorated the cabin for Christmas wonderfully so we didn't have to do that ourselves. Kevin even gave us a sneak peek of the chicken coop. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. What a great location- easy access to things in both Maryville and Knoxville - and a suburb property. Thank you for making our family Christmas a memorable one.

The place was amazing. Felt right at home with that wonderful cabin feel. The host's truly have this property set up perfectly. I can not express how wonderful everything was. My family can not wait to return!!!
