Had a family gathering for an early holiday in December. The cabin Big Hoss was spotless, the hosts more than accommodating, and the grounds great for adult walks as well as toddler exploration. It felt as if we were in the Smokys , not 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville. The kitchen equipment, utensils, and pots/pans were complete and appliances worked great, including the electric fireplace in the den and the washer/dryer on the lower level. We took advantage of the outdoor fire pit several times. It was too cold ( or we were too chicken) for the hot tub, but we took a look and it was sparkling clean. Brandi had decorated the cabin for Christmas wonderfully so we didn't have to do that ourselves. Kevin even gave us a sneak peek of the chicken coop. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. What a great location- easy access to things in both Maryville and Knoxville - and a suburb property. Thank you for making our family Christmas a memorable one.

The place was amazing. Felt right at home with that wonderful cabin feel. The host's truly have this property set up perfectly. I can not express how wonderful everything was. My family can not wait to return!!!

We stayed here with our adult children and their significant others. It was an absolutely perfect place to celebrate our family togetherness on Thanksgiving weekend. Every room was festively decorated and very inviting. Coffee in the hot tub in the cold frosty mornings was one of my favorite things. The short drive to the UT campus for the football game was very convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for a Thanksgiving away. Thank you!

If you’re looking for an AirBnB with great spaces to hang outdoors and on site, this is the spot! Great little walking trails, a pond, horseshoe pits, hammocks, a fire pit, and lovely front porch with rocking chairs! Spent a ton of time enjoying the outdoors with my baby nephew on his small bike. Although there isn’t a lot of counter space in the kitchen, it is well stocked with all the cooking utensils you need and a killer oven that baked up a wonderful Friendsgiving meal. We will be back for sure!

Brandi’s place was the best! It had a great location while feeling secluded. It had plenty of space and the pool table was one of the best parts. Super clean and inviting!

Very friendly host. Answered all of my questions super fast and efficiently. The property is beautiful and greats views. The cookies Brandi made for us were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This place was spectacular. The hosts were responsive and answered any questions that we had. The place was beautiful. I was peaceful to sit around the fire a night and the house had everything we needed for a week stay. The little barn kitties were sweet and loving.

What a great place to stay! We came out for the Tennessee Vols football game and felt right at home with this awesome cabin. Everything exceeded our expectations, including the communication from the owners. Highly recommended!

It was very easy to check in and get to the property. The amenities were fantastic, we made use of the yoga room and breakfast nook in Big Ponderosa cabin as well as the off-leash dog area. One of the guests' dog-sitters cancelled at the last minute and the hosts were extremely easy to communicate with to get the pet fee situated and set up quickly. There were pots and pans, and even a waffle maker in one cabin that we used to cook for the group. The large entry area outside of the gate made it easy for Uber/Lyft drop-off as well. Our guests also read the information about the family and were touched by the story of firefighter service.
